Ingredients and Serving Instructions

As a dietary supplement, stir 1-2 scoops, morning and evening, into warm water for a soothing mineral tea, preferably between meals. Or just stir into your favorite juice or food.  Also may be used as a "digestive soother" after meals.

Ingredients: Pure, food grade minerals from fresh water phytoplankton. (microscopic plants) No fillers or preservatives. Our natural vanilla flavor essence is organic, and non-allergenic.
 

Here are some tips and recipes from our happy customers.
These are their favorite ways to add My Minerals into their day:

1.  "Half a tea cup of warm water and 2 scoops of My Minerals when I first wake up, even before coffee.  It balances my digestive tract and I feel better all day.  Then a full tea cup of nice warm water, not boiling, just before bed.  (Now I notice a difference when I forget.)"

 2.  "I hate pills and powders of any kind.  But when I stir My Minerals into a small glass of grape juice it disappears, not a trace.  The grape juice just taste richer."
